Follow these simple steps;

* Open your game and start a level.
* Find your tilde ‘ <- key on your KeyBoard (Single Quote: the location depends on your keyboard and country. Sometimes top left under Esc, sometimes left of Return). * Bottom left corner should open the "Console" (a text). * Type "cheats" and you should unlock the achievement.
