Easy “The Cake Is A Lie!” achievement:

The hidden cake room is located in Josh’s apartment. Turn on the switch in
the bathroom, then talk to the AI that shows up to trigger a battle with a
turret. You will be able to enter a hidden passage, and reveal the “portal”
to the cake room to get the “The Cake Is A Lie!” achievement.
